Frequently asked questions
What counts as an RFQ?
Each Request for Quotation you create counts toward your monthly limit. Limits reset on the first day of each billing period.
What's included in the free trial?
Your 14-day trial includes the full feature set of the plan you select — no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can subscribe or your account downgrades to read-only.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of any limit. If you hit the ceiling mid-period you can upgrade immediately; existing data is never deleted.
Is annual billing a full year commitment?
Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate. You can cancel before renewal and your subscription remains active through the paid period.
Do you offer nonprofit or education discounts?
